Discreet weekly meetings for trans men, trans women, non-binary, gender variant folk & people who are questioning, as well as our loved ones, to hang out and hear about people’s lived experience including:

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

With one-to-one support transgender people can meet with a registered social worker for emotional support and/or to obtain information regarding other needed community resources, such as access to hormone therapy.  Also available is support to complete forms such as name and gender marker change and access to other useful resources is also provided, as is support while attending community appointments.
