A Grant to Support Our Trans Community!

The Dr. Howard Krieger Memorial Fund Grant application is open and ready to receive applications!

This grant is to remember the legacy and work of Dr. Howard Krieger, who provided medical care and services to the gender diverse and trans communities of Simcoe County. The Gilbert Centre will distribute funds (up to $1,000) through the Dr. Howard Krieger Fund to support members of the gender diverse and trans communities.

We encourage all members of the gender diverse and trans communities to apply. We aim to promote and commit funding allocations of this grant to directly serve Black, Indigenous, and/or BIPOC trans communities.

To be considered for this grant, applicants must be a member of the Trans community who have submitted an application addressing how these funds will be used to support them.
