The Gilbert Centre Clinic provides specialized HIV, Hepatitis C (HCV), and sexually transmitted and blood-born infection (STBBI) services, including prevention, testing, treatment, education, and support.

We understand that accessing healthcare isn't always easy. Many people face barriers such as stigma, discrimination, housing instability, substance use, transportation challenges, or difficulty navigating the healthcare system. Our team works to reduce those barriers by providing specialized HIV, HCV, and STBBI services in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and client-centred practice. We work collaboratively with clients to support informed decision-making, improve access to specialized care, and connect individuals with the healthcare and community resources they need.
The Gilbert Centre Clinic works alongside primary care providers, hospitals, public health, and community organizations throughout Simcoe Muskoka. We complement existing healthcare services by providing specialized HIV, HCV, and STBBI expertise while helping clients access additional healthcare and community supports when needed.
