Strategic Plan
Our 2025ā€“2029 Strategic Plan outlines the Gilbert Centreā€™s direction for the years ahead.
The plan was shaped through consultation with service users, staff, Board members, community partners, harm reduction program participants, 2S-LGBTQIA+ community members, and people living with HIV/AIDS and Hep C.
Our strategic directions are:
- Deepen & Diversify Services;
- Build Organizational Resilience;
- Ensure Financial Sustainability.
Together, these directions guide how we strengthen services, support staff and systems, deepen community engagement, improve evaluation, and build a more sustainable future.
