At the Gilbert Centre Clinic, we believe that strong partnerships are essential to improving access to specialized HIV, Hepatitis C (HCV), and sexually transmitted and blood-borne infection (STBBI) services.
We work alongside healthcare providers, hospitals, public health, mental health and addictions services, community organizations, shelters, outreach teams, Indigenous organizations, and social service agencies across Simcoe Muskoka to reduce barriers to care and improve health outcomes.
Together, we are building a more connected, accessible, and compassionate system of care.
